The project is a platform that allows HKUST students to make course related requests, such as changing sections, extending homework deadline, etc. It has been deployed and is expected to serve most of the students taking COMP courses at HKUST from Spring 2026. The project was finished together with Flandia, under the supervision of Dr. Desmond Tsoi.
I was responsible for designing and implementing the backend service from scratch. I also did code review for frontend. It was a fantastic collaboration experience.
In Spring 2026, the platform was used by 3 courses with ~1550 students in total, and has processed ~190 requests.
