I am invited by the course coordinator Prof. Desmond Tsoi to serve as a UGTA for the new python course COMP 1023 again. I am excited to help with:

1. Prepare and teach tutorials, making the lab sessions engaging and fruitful. (No. of students in the session I teach: 111)
2. Prepare and polish assignments and lab exercises.

It is an honor for me to be selected as one of the ~60 participants to join the Morgan Stanley Asia Code to Give Hackathon 2025. During the hackathon, I worked with my teammates to develop a mobile application for a non-profit organization. Regardless of the results, the most valuable takeaway from the finale was the word of wisdom from Ms. Chang: always try to fill your container, do the right things, and build a strong network.

1. Review and polish prepared lab tasks, programming assignments, etc.
2. Prepare new programming assignments, lab exercises and self-tests.
3. Write tests, especially testcases in unittest, for grading the assignments.
